2 Way Words a unique fun and exciting new approach to producing thrilling duels between friends and family.The centrepiece of our 2 Main Games (Words and Shapes), 2 Way Words is an impressive unique graphic designed upright ‘Battle Grid’ which allows many different subject-based contests. Also there are various sets of Expansion Packs available to be played.-each containing 90 double-sided tiles. The object of 2 Way Words is to be the first player/team to correctly spell a 3, 4, 5 and 6 letter word, horizontally, vertically or diagonally (words can be spelt in any direction; left to right, right to left, bottom to top or top to bottom). Dependant on age and ability the rules allow words of a lesser number than 5 or 6 to be played instead.Play alternates with each player/team placing a letter into the grid until it is possible to spell a word. they remove the word from the grid and place it in the allotted space on their platform. This will leave blank spaces in the grid and the whole dynamics of the game changes.
