Please be aware that orders including Custom Printed items have an estimated PRODUCTION TIME 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS - this is in addition to your shipping delivery aim.
We aim to send out your order the same day, if ordered before 3pm (Monday-Friday). Orders for collection are usually picked and ready same day, within our opening hours.
You will receive your order details via email and also a notification of your order being ready to ship or ready for collection. Please remember to leave any "safe place" information in the comments of your order.
Please be aware we do not send items without tracking, unless agreed with you first.

TRACKED MAINLAND UK SHIPPING

Tracked 24 - Royal Mail
Delivery Aim: 1 - 3 Working Days.
This is a tracked service through Royal Mail for a fee of £4.99. Your order will be sufficiently packaged and posted the same day if ordered before 3pm, Monday - Friday
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Orders will be subject to Customs Fees and Taxes
Please be aware that all international orders will be subject to customs fees and taxes (as set in each individual territory). This change has occurred following the UK’s exit from the EU (1/1/21)
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
International Orders are subject to diverse duties, taxes and customs charges depending on the destination territory. The liability for payment of these charges falls upon the purchaser. On arrival, if required either the courier or a customs representative will contact you for payment of any charges that have become due on your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL EU (EUROPE) SHIPPING

As of 01/07/2021 the rules for cross-border VAT in the EU have changed and the VAT exemption for consignments below EUR 23 has been removed. This means that all consignments are subject to VAT within the territory that they are being delivered. This was designed to make sure that the payment of VAT is made where the consumption of goods takes place.
Currently Patriot Games is only able to supply goods as DDU until such time as a manageable and financially viable system is put in place to allow us to ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We hope to be able to offer that service in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience that is caused by us abiding by the new rules at this time.
